- 600 grams Beef
- 500 grams onions
- 1 garlic clove
- salt
- peppers
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsps Tomato paste
- 500 milliliters stronger Red wine
- 800 milliliters Beef broth
- 1 Tbsp ground paprika (hot or mild to taste)

- 400 grams Tagliatelle
- salt
- 1 Tbsp butter
Preparation steps

Peel the onions and cut into cubes. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and brown the meat quickly on all sides, then add the onion, garlic and tomato paste, stir well until everything is coated.

Add the broth and wine and cook for 30 minutes covered, then remove the lid and add the paprika, salt and pepper and simmer for 30 more minutes with the lid off. At the same time, cook the noodles in plenty of salted water according to package label. Melt the butter in a small saucepan, drain the pasta, swirl in the butter and serve with the stew in bowls. Garnish with fresh herbs.
