2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
1 Tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
150 grams softened butter
100 grams breadcrumbs
½ tsp Ground steak (for tartar)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F). 

2.

Rinse the meat, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and sear on all sides in hot oil. Transfer to a rack set over a baking sheet and roast for 30-45 minutes, or until cooked to your liking. 

3.

Combine the remaining ingredients, season with salt and pepper and spread over the meat around 15 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
