Nutritional values

Beef not only provides plenty of high-quality protein, but also contains a lot of iron. The trace element is important for oxygen transport in the body and blood formation. Sugar snap peas provide us in appreciable quantities with minerals such as potassium and iron and with a lot of provitamin A, which brings beneficial effects for vision and healthy skin. The bell bell pepper scores with abundant defense-strengthening vitamin C.

If you can find them you should use Asian noodles in the whole-grain variety. In contrast to the white flour version, these score highly with plenty of fiber and vital substances.

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse beef, pat dry, and cut into narrow thin strips. Peel and chop ginger and garlic. Mix 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, cornstarch and a half each of ginger and garlic. Let meat marinate in it for 10 minutes.

2.

Meanwhile, clean and wash sugar snap peas. Halve peppers, remove seeds, wash and cut into strips.

3.

Heat oil in a large frying pan. Sear meat over high heat for 3 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.

4.

Add vegetables with remaining ginger and garlic to drippings and sauté over medium heat for 4 minutes. Deglaze with remaining teriyaki sauce. Add sugar snap peas and broth and cook for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.

5.

While vegetables are cooking, cook pasta according to package directions in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain in a colander and allow to drain.

6.

Add meat to vegetables, heat in it for 2 minutes over medium heat and season everything with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
