Beef and Pepper Fajitas
Rinse the beef, pat dry and cut into narrow strips. Rinse the peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into strips. Rinse the arugula and lettuce and spin dry.
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Brown the beef and the bell pepper over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add the teriyaki sauce and season with garlic salt, pepper, cumin and cilantro.
Heat the tortillas in a dry pan briefly. Top with the lettuce leaves and the arugula, beef and peppers, roll up and serve.
