- 1 Baguette
- 1 jar roasted Red pepper (350 g) drained and sliced
- 3 cups sliced Roast beef
- ⅓ cup pup-style Horseradish Sauce
- 1 ½ cups sliced, extra sharp Provolone cheese
- 1 handful baby Lettuce (may substitute spinach)
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

- Parchment paper sheet (or butcher's paper)

Preparation steps
1.
Slice the baguette lengthwise 3/4 of the way through. Add the ingredients in the following order: red peppers, roast beef, horseradish sauce, provolone cheese and lettuce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
2.
Using a sharp knife, slice into 4 equal portions. Wrap one end in parchment or butcher's paper. Serve.
