- 11 ounces Brie (very ripe)
- 2 tablespoons Crème fraiche
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 2 Pear
- lemons (juiced)
- butter (for spreading)
- 4 white Bread roll (sliced open)
- Radicchio (washed and dried)
Cut the rind off the brie and mash the cheese with the creme fraiche. Add the paprika and season with salt and pepper.
Wash the pears, cut them in half vertically and cut out the core. Slice the pears vertically as thinly as possible. Rub the slices with the lemon juice to prevent them from browning.
Spread the butter on the bread rolls, add a radicchio leaf, sliced pear and the brie mixture.
