4-6 tbsp light Mayonnaise
4-6 Lettuce
2 Red Onions
3 Tomatoes
1 Mini-cucumber
100 grams Gorgonzola
5 slices Prosciutto
6-8 slices Italian Salami

Preparation steps

Cut the baguette lengthwise. Slightly hollow out the bread halves. Drizzle the lower half of the bread with mayonnaise and top with lettuce leaves.

Peel the onions and cut into rings. Cut the tomato and cucumber into slices. Distribute the vegetables onto the bread and sprinkle with mayonnaise.

Cut the gorgonzola into small pieces. Top the bread with the cheese, ham, salami and green olives, and cover with the other half of the bread.
