- 800 grams Beef (steak)
- 2 onions
- 4 Baguette
- 80 milliliters Whipped cream
- 300 grams Processed cheese
- 100 grams grated Cheddar cheese
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- Tabasco sauce

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the broiler in the oven.
2.
Cut the meat into thin strips. Peel the onions and cut into pieces or strips.
Toast the baguettes under the broiler briefly.
3.
Pour the cream into a saucepan and heat along with both types of cheese. Allow to melt and season with salt and pepper.
Heat 1-2 tablespoons oil in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Remove from the pan and sear the meat in the remaining oil for about 2 minutes on all sides.
Mix the meat with the onions and the cream-cheese sauce, season to taste with Tabasco sauce and fill the baguettes.
Serve hot.
