40 grams butter
120 grams Camembert
80 grams Parmesan

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven broiler.

Cut the baguette into slices and broil in the oven briefly (2-4 minutes). Peel and halve the garlic. Peel the onion and cut into thin strips. Rub the slices of bread with the garlic and then spread with butter. Cut the Camembert into slices and break the Parmesan into pieces or slice into strips with a vegetable peeler. Cover the bread slices with cheese and onions to taste. Top with freshly ground black pepper and serve.
