1 cup Beef broth
4 mini Baguette (split lengthwise)
coarse Mustard (may substitute horseradish or your favorite condiment)
8 slices Swiss cheese (may substitute)

Preparation steps

In a large skillet set over medium heat, simmer the pastrami and beef broth for 1 to 2 minutes, or until heated through. Remove pastrami with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Spread the cut side of each baguette with mustard, horseradish or your favorite condiment. Divide the pastrami and cheese between the baguettes. Serve.
