4 shallots (halved)
2 cloves garlic cloves (halved)
2 chili peppers (cut into rings)
1 handful baby Spinach

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the barbecue grill.
2.
Brush the tuna steaks with 1 tablespoon of oil and season with salt and pepper.
3.
Grill for 1-4 minutes each side until cooked to your liking.

Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and cook the shallots until softened. Add the garlic and chillies and cook for a few minutes until tender.
5.
Add the spinach and cook for about 1 minute until wilted.
6.
Divide the vegetables between 4 serving bowls and place the tuna on top. Garnish with parsley.
