Preparation steps

1.

Trim, rinse and chop the strawberries. Peel the banana and cut up into slices. Heat strawberries, banana slices, lemon juice, orange juice and powdered sugar in a saucepan over a low temperature while stirring and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes and then puree with a hand blender. Chill two hours before serving.
