1 Tbsp freshly chopped thyme
60 grams grated Cheese (such as Gouda)

Preparation steps

Rinse tomatoes,cut off lids and scoop out pulp. Place into an oiled baking pan.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C upper and lower heat.

Rinse and dry scallions, cut into rings. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic and scallions for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Cut tofu into cubes and mix with thyme, cheese and vegetables. Season with chili salt and fill tomatoes with the mixture. Replace lids and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximatley 350°F) for about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
