Baked Tomatoes with Feta Cheese
Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400ºF).
Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stalks and cut into slices.
Coarsely dice the feta cheese and place in an ovenproof dish. Distribute the tomato slices on top and drizzle with plenty of olive oil. Shower with oregano and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
Serve garnished with fresh herbs and drizzled with balsamic vinegar.
