- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 125 grams Feta
- 2 sprigs parsley
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C convection.

Rinse and halve tomatoes. Cut peeled onion into slices. Peel garlic and squeeze through a garlic press into olive oil in a bowl. Cut cheese into slices. Rinse parsley, shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop coarsely. Place tomatoes in an ovenproof dish and top with cheese. Spread with onion and drizzle with garlic oil. Season with freshly ground pepper and salt and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 5-8 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with fresh baguette, if desired.
