- 600 grams Radicchio
- salt
- 2 ripe Pear (such as Williams Christ)
- 150 grams Gorgonzola
- Fat (for the mold)
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and brush the radicchio, then cut into eights, remove the stalks and blanch in boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes. Drain well.

Rinse the pears and cut into quarters, remove cores, then cut into thin slices.
3.
Cut or crumble the cheese into small cubes. Place the radicchio into a greased baking dish, add the pears and cheese, drizzle everything with oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove and serve immediately.
