Baked Peaches with Cinnamon and Star Anise
Rinse, halve and and remove pits from peaches. Cut the ginger into thin slices.
Place a peach half in center of 4 pieces of parchment paper, cut-side up. Add one cinnamon stick, ginger and star anise to the peaches, drizzle with some honey, then fold the parchment paper and seal. Bake in preheated 200°C (approximately 400°F) oven for about 20 minutes. Arrange on plates, cut open the paper and serve hot.
