1 teaspoon ground Cumin
2 tablespoons runny honey

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160 fan) | 350°F | gas 4.
2.
Rub the vegetables with oil sprinkle with the spices and salt then roast for 35 minutes.

Drizzle over the honey and return to the oven for 5 minutes to glaze.
