Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C | 400F | gas 6.
Step 2/5
Wash the chicken drumsticks, pat dry and put into a bowl with the oil, mustard, honey and barbecue seasoning. Mix well and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Then transfer to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, brushing frequently with the marinade and adding a little of the chicken stock from time to time.

Meanwhile clean the mushrooms and add to the baking dish. Mix the remaining marinade with the rest of the stock and add to the dish.

Sprinkle the chicken drumsticks with grated cheese and increase the oven temperature to 220°C | 425F | gas 7. Bake for a further 5-10 minutes.
