4 small round Goat cheese (each 70 grams)
4 tsps liquid honey
4 pcs Aluminum foil

Preparation steps

1.

On four large pieces of aluminum foil, place pineapple slice on each foil piece. Place goat cheese on pineapple and drizzle each with 1 teaspoon honey. Fold aluminum foil forms up and put all four on a baking sheet.

2.

Bake in a preheated 220°C (approximately 425°F) oven or under the broiler, watching carefully. Bake until cheese begins to brown.

3.

Arrange cheese and serve immediately.
