4 slices Goat cheese (about 80 grams each)
peppers (freshly ground)
5 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 200°C convection (approximately 400°F).

Cut 4 pieces of parchment paper into about 30 x 30 cm (approximately 12 x 12 inch) pieces.

Rinse rosemary, pat dry and strip needles from stems.

4.

Place each slice of goat cheese on a piece of parchment paper. Sprinkle with rosemary, season with pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Seal packets (use a toothpick or a kitchen string) and bake about 5 minutes. Serve with toasted ciabatta slices, if desired.
