- 120 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 80 milliliters vegetable oil
- 2 egg whites
- 1 packet Baking powder
- salt
- 350 grams Pastry flour
- 200 grams Feta
- 4 Tbsps milk
- 2 egg yolks (for brushing)
- 50 grams black caraway
- Pastry flour
Preparation steps
1.
Combine yogurt and oil, add egg whites and a pinch of salt. Combine flour with baking powder and add to yogurt mixture and mix well. Dough should be malleable.

Crumble feta cheese and combine with a little bit of milk until malleable.
3.
Divide dough into balls and press flat (about 5 cm in diameter) (approximately 2 inches). Put cheese in the middle of each round and form balls. Place on a lined with parchment paper baking sheet. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with black cumin.
4.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximatley 350°F) for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve.
