Baked Cottage Cheese and Horseradish Casserole with Smoked Salmon
Peel and finely grate horseradish and mix immediately with lemon juice. Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix cottage cheese with horseradish, season with salt and pepper and fold into the egg whites.
Divide cheese mixture between two ovenproof dishes. Place smoked salmon in the center of each. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (approximately 325°F), 15-20 minutes. Rinse dill and shake dry. Remove dishes from oven and serve garnished with dill.
