- 300 grams Cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsps finely chopped Dill
- lemon juice
- 16 Crackers (rye)
- 150 grams Smoked salmon (in slices)
- 150 grams crayfish (ready to cook marinated)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the cottage cheese with the dill and season with lemon juice. Spread over 8 rye crackers.
2.
Top half of the crackers with the smoked salmon and the other half with the crayfish. Top with another cracker and serve.
