Preparation steps

Rinse basil, chives and parsley. Shake dry and chop finely. In a bowl, mix chopped herbs with mint, orange juice and lemon juice. Rinse chicken, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Rub chicken breasts with herb mixture and wrap each with 2 slices of bacon. Rinse garlic bulbs and lemons and pat dry.

Cut garlic bulbs crosswise in half. Cut lemons into quarters. Coat a baking sheet with olive oil and place chicken breasts on it. Scatter garlic, lemon quarters and herbs around chicken and drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake in the oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F), about 30 minutes. Transfer chicken, herbs, garlic and lemons to a serving dish.
