Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Approximately 350°F. Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Place 1 sprig of rosemary on top of the chicken breast and wrap with 2-3 slices of bacon. Place in an ovenproof dish, seam-side down, and brush with olive oil.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Makes a wonderful addition to a barbeque.
