- 4 Chicken breasts
- 4 slices Bacon
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- salt

- 1 onion
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 200 grams red seedless Grape
- 200 grams white seedless Grape
- 0.13 l Chicken broth
- 50 grams Crème fraiche
Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Wrap in bacon and stick with one sprig of rosemary. Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Heat the butter in a pan and cook the chicken breasts until golden brown for around 4-5 minutes. Remove and keep warm.

In the same butter in the pan, saute the onion until translucent and cook the halved grapes for 3-4 minutes. Deglaze with the chicken broth and stir in the creme fraiche. Add the chicken breasts and let cook until done for about 6-8 minutes over low heat. Serve with mashed potatoes if desired.
