125 grams sugar
200 grams Quark
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp lemon juice
1 generous pinch Ground cinnamon
1 pinch salt
600 grams mixed Berry (and fruit)
80 grams Cookie
powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps

1.

Separate eggs and whisk egg yolks with 80 grams of sugar (approximately 2 3/4 ounces) until creamy. Add quark, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon and mix well.

Rinse and dry berries and fruit, cut into smaller pieces as needed. Mix with biscuits and arrange in four ramekins. 

3.

Beat egg whites with remaining sugar until stiff and carefully fold into cream mixture, spread over fruit. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 300°F) for about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
