4aromatic Apples
20 gramscandied Ginger root
30 gramsCandied orange
2 tablespoonschopped Hazelnuts
2 tablespoonsHoney
1 generous pinchCinnamon
20 gramsButter

Directions

1 Rinse apples, pat dry and remove core. Chop ginger and orange peel fine and mixed with hazelnuts and cinnamon. Stir in honey.
2 Place cored apples into a well-greased pan. Spoon filling into apples. Place a piece of butter on top of each apple. Bake in oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for 35 minutes. Serve directly from pan.
