- 1 Baguette
- 1 handful Wild garlic (approximately 50 grams)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps Pine nuts
- 400 grams Cottage cheese
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Daisy (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the baguette into about 12 slices. Rinse, trim and dry the wild garlic. Puree the olive oil and pine nuts in a blender. Mix in the cottage cheese and season with salt and pepper.
2.
Toast the bread, if desired, and spread the mixture on each slice. Serve garnished with daisies.
