2 Sesame bagel (from the bakery)
125 grams Mozzarella
2 tomatoes
2 Lettuce
olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 garlic

Preparation steps

Rinse and slice the tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella and slice. Peel the garlic and squeeze through a press. Mix with 4 tablespoons of oil. Cut the bagels in half and sprinkle the bottom halves with 2 teaspoons garlic oil.

Top each with 1 lettuce leaf, mozzarella and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle each with 2 teaspoons garlic oil. Sprinkle with more pepper, if desired. Replace the bagel tops and serve.
