Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the tomatoes and cut cross wise into slices. Drain the mozzarella, cut into slices, and arrange on plates with the tomatoes. 

2.

Drizzle with the olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove the basil leaves from the stems. Sprinkle over the plates, and serve.
