Preparation steps

Peel avocado, halve and remove pit . Peel garlic and chop 1 clove. Cut pepperoncini in half and remove seeds and stems and cut into rings. Puree with an immersion blender and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté salmon on both sides until crispy and season with remaining pressed garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Rinse lettuce and spin dry. Slice each bagel in half horizontally and spread avocado mixture over bottom half of bagel and arrange lettuce and salmon on top of avocado mixture. Replace top half of bagel and serve.
