Preparation steps

Halve the bagels, and spread each half with cream cheese. Top with the smoked salmon.

Break the eggs in a pan with metled butter, then mix in the cream. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are scrambled. Top the salmon with the eggs, and then sprinkle with pepper. Garnish with the basil leaves, and serve.
