3 Tbsps fresh root Horseradish (substitute 2 teaspoons horseradish from a jar)
2 sprigs Dill
3 sprigs Watercress

Preparation steps

1.

Halve and toast the bagels. Spread cream cheese on the lower halves and generously cover with smoked salmon.

2.

Peel horseradish, grate and spread on salmon. Rinse dill and watercress, pat dry with paper towels, remove any stems and place atop the salmon and horseradish. Top with remaining bagel halves and serve.
