- 4 boneless, skinless Chicken breasts (halves)
- 16 slices Bacon
- 1 bunch fresh rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (peeled and chopped)
- coarse salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 400º F.

Wash chicken under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels. Slice each breast into 4 strips for a total of 16 chicken strips.

Place a sprig of rosemary on top of the chicken and wrap a slice of bacon around each chicken piece. Place a sprig of rosemary on top of the chicken. Place in a roasting pan and season with garlic, salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
4.
Roast for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
5.
Serve hot or cold.
