600 grams Pork tenderloin (ready to cook)
8 slices Bacon
2 Tbsps spicy Mustard
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps butter
100 grams cream cheese
50 grams Processed cheese
100 grams Whipped cream
1 onion (finely diced)
1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
1 Tbsp pickled green peppercorns

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

2.

Rinse the meat, pat dry, trim off fat and cut into 8 equal pieces.

Wrap the edges of the pork medallions with bacon, season with salt and pepper, brush with mustard and fry briefly and vigorously in the butter in a roasting pan on both sides.

4.

Stir cream cheese and cheese spread with the cream until smooth. Stir in diced onions, parsley and drained peppercorns.

5.

Spread the cheese mixture over the meat slices and cook for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Transfer to plates and serve.
