1 Romaine lettuce (4 small leaves)
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 slices Toast
4 thin slices smoked turkey breasts

Preparation steps

1.

Cut avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out pulp, mash with a fork and season with salt, lemon juice, pepper and a few drops of hot-pepper sauce.

2.

Rinse tomato and cut into wedges. Rinse romaine lettuce and shake dry. Toast bread and spread with avocado cream. Top with lettuce, tomato and turkey breast and season with salt and pepper. Halve slices of bread diagonally and garnish with parsley.
