Nutritional values

Avocado is rightly called superfood, because it contains plenty of powerful nutrients, including vitamin E, an antioxidant which protects the cells from free radicals, and lots of healthy unsaturated fatty acids.

There are many ways to modify this creamy avocado pesto: instead of pine nuts, you can also use other nuts such as almonds or cashew nuts, while the basil can be easily replaced with other herbs like cilantro.
