- lemons (juiced)
- 400 milliliters Tomato juice
- 4 Ice cubes
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Tabasco sauce
- also
- Basil (for garnish)
- 2 Pumpernickel rounds

Preparation steps
1.
Halve the avocado, remove the seed, and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. Finely dice the basil leaves.

Puree the avocado with the lemon juice, tomato juice, ice cubes, and the basil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and a few splashes of Tabasco sauce. Pour the drink into two tall glasses. Garnish with basil, and serve with the pumpernickel rounds.
