Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the limes with hot water, dry it, and finely grate the peel. Juice both limes. Rinse the apple with hot water, dry it, quarter, remove the core, and cut into small cubes. Half the avocados and remove seeds. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop out a few avocado balls. Remove the remaining avocado flesh from the shell and chop coarsely. Puree the chopped avocado with a little lime juice, apple juice, and the wasabi. As needed, add a little cold water (about 150 ml (approximately 1/2 to 3/4 cup)) to get a creamy soup-like consistency.

2.

Whisk in the sugar, lime juice, and salt to taste. Spoon into bowl and garnish with the avocado balls.

3.

Garnish with the lime zest before serving.

4.

If desired, garnish with oyster mushroom tempura.
