300 grams mixed green Lettuce
1 Pear
2 Tbsps Fruit Vinegar
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
4 Tbsps Orange juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Mix oil in a bowl with vinegar and orange juice and season with salt and pepper. Rinse pears, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into thin slices.

2.

Arrange salad on plates, place a pear half on each, drizzle with orange juice mixture and sprinkle with nuts and Gorgonzola. Serve immediately.
