1 butter
300 grams Strawberries
1 Lettuce
50 grams Pine nuts (toasted)
juice of a lemons
4 olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and peel the asparagus, cut off the ends and cut into 5 cm long pieces (approximately 2 inches). Cook in boiling salted water with some butter for about 12 minutes until al dente. Allow to cool.

Rinse the strawberries, pat dry, trim and cut in half. Rinse the lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces.

3.

For the dressing, mix the lemon juice with the oil and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix with the salad ingredients and transfer to plates. Serve showered with the toasted pine nuts.
