- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 Tbsps Gochujang (chili paste) to taste
- 1 Zucchini (diced)
- 1 cup Kimchi (from a jar)
- 4 cups fish stock (or vegetable stock)
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 ½ cups Seafood (frozen)
- 3 ⅓ cups medium firm Tofu (diced)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion until translucent. Add the chilli paste and fry briefly. Add the zucchini. Add the kimchi and fry briefly then add the stock.
2.
Bring to the boil and season with salt and soy sauce. Add the seafood and cook in the broth for around 5 minutes.
3.
Add the tofu and heat through. Check the seasoning and serve.
