- 3 Tbsps sesame oil
- 7 ozs Chicken breasts (thickly sliced)
- 7 ozs Squid (cut into rings)
- 1 handful Green beans
- 1 red Bell pepper (cut into strips)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- ½ small, chinese Cabbage (shredded)
- 1 handful young Spinach
- 9 ozs Egg noodle
- 2 Tbsps light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp Hoisin sauce
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Heat 2 tablespoons sesame oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken and squid for a few minutes until cooked through. Set aside to cool.
2.
Cook the green beans in a pan of boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and cool.
3.
Heat the remaining oil in the pan and cook the peppers and onions until soft. Drain and set aside to cool.
4.
Cook the noodles according to the directions on the pack. Drain and mix with the soy sauce, fish sauce and Hoisin sauce.
5.
Toss all the ingredients together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve warm or cold.
