Asian Soy Noodle Bowl
Prepare the noodles according to the packet instructions.
Mix the soy sauce, sugar, cornflour and rice wine together and pour over the pork, covering all the slices. Save any excess marinade.
Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok. Add the pork to the pan and sauté the pork strips with the ginger.
Add the remaining marinade mixture to a small saucepan. Bring to the boil then simmer and allow the sauce to reduce and thicken.
Once the pork is cooked, add the noodles and sauce and mix together.
Serve piping hot, garnished with the sliced spring onions.
