Preparation steps

1.

Rinse steaks and possibly pound flatter. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Mix the hoisin sauce, tomato paste, lime juice and cilantro and thinly coat the steaks with it. Then roll up each into small rolls.

2.

Rinse the scallions, cut off ends and cut the green pieces to about 15 cm (approximately 6 inch) in length. Divide the bok choy into individual leaves, rinse, and drain. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and, together with the bok choy, fry the scallions for 5-8 minutes over medium heat until soft.

3.

Heat the remaining oil in another pan and fry the steak rolls briefly on all sides. Pour the seasoning sauce over the rolls and let stand briefly.

4.

Plate the scallions and the bok choy side by side, as desired. Then top each set with three rolls and serve drizzled with the sauce.
