2 Tbsps freshly chopped Lemongrass

Preparation steps

Rinse, trim, and dry the leaves of the bok choy. Heat the sesame oil in a pan, and cook the bok choy for 4-5 minutes, turning often.

For the dressing, rinse the chili. Halve lengthwise, remove the seeds, and finely chop. Mix with the remaining ingredients. Drizzle the dressing over the bok choy, and garnish with sesame seeds.
