For the marinade
1 garlic clove
2 centimeters ginger
½ tsp Red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
1 Tbsp Fish sauce
For the vegetables
4 shallots
400 grams Broccoli
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsps Rice wine
For the noodles
250 grams Glass noodles

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the meat into thin strips. Peel and chop the garlic and ginger. Puree with all the other ingredients for the marinade. Toss the meat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Cook the glass noodles according to package label. Drain. Rinse the broccoli. Peel and dice the shallots. Remove the meat from the marinade. Cook the meat in a wok or a pan for about 5 minutes. Remove from the wok and keep warm.

3.

Heat oil in the wok. Cool shallots and broccoli for 4 minutes. Mix the marinade with the rice wine. Add to the wok and cook 5 minutes longer. Add the meat and the noodles and cook until heated through.
