- 200 grams Egg noodle
- 200 grams Sliced beef (Loin or fillet)
- 1 Red paprika
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- Light soy sauce
- Fish sauce
- Chili powder
- 100 grams Snow peas (cut into very thin strips)
- Thai basil (cut into very thin strips)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions.

Rinse and halve pepper, remove seeds and ribs, cut into strips.
3.
Heat oil in a pan and cook meat for a few minutes. Add snow peas and saute briefly, then add pepper, garlic and ginger. Add a little water and simmer briefly. Season with soy sauce, fish sauce and cayenne pepper.
4.
Arrange drained noodles on warmed plates and top pasta with meat and sauce. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
